Main points before buying
Due to the special cases right now, the transportation could be delayed, and
1. The electric scooters are equipped with lithium batteries, so shipment will be handled according to international restrictions. The usual route is to transport them to Shenzhen first, then to Hongkong, and to Europe/Russia/USA/Australia/Canada etc. Generally, we will ship it by train to Europe/Russia, and by sea to USA/Canada/Australia, then deliver it by UPS/DHL/FedEX and other logistics companies, to your address.
2. Tracking of the shipment could be a challenge as completion of clearance varies from shipments and locations. Delays in shipment arrival because of clearance release are generally expected.
3. Free tax means we will bear the customs cost for you. Countries with free tax include: EU/USA/UAE/Canada/Russia/Australia/Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand. Other countries not mentioned may have applicable taxes, chargeable to the Customer. Please consult before buying.
4. The laws and regulations are very different among countries. As such, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to consult with the local authority concerning these laws and regulations for using the scooter in their respective countries.
5. The Speedual/Grace series are the same as Zero series. Only the brand names may differ in some countries. All of them are assembled in the same factory using similar parts.
6. All scooters have undergone waterproofing treatment in the factory but will not include 100% waterproofing warranty due to conditions the product may experience during shipment.
7. We are constantly improving our scooters, and we have many different suppliers who supply parts for these scooters. As such, some details of our scooters will be different from the description page that may be related to brake/grips/tires/screws/arms/motors, etc.
8. The User’s weight, driving style, speed, temperature, load, tire pressure, road condition, weather, would greatly affect a scooter’s actual range and performance.
9. The batteries’ cells of Basic/Standard models are made by Chinese companies, the cells of Pro edition are made by LG.
10. If you are buying from Australia, import license will be required as imposed by the Australian government. The scooter will have to be shipped separately from the batteries. Installation of the batteries will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees for the batteries will be on buyer’s account. An additional shipping fee of ~$100 may apply.
This is not a scooter, this is a monster...fery good quality, when you will compare this with a Xiaomi 365, it woult be the same as if you compare a Ferrari with a VW Golf...

Very happy with this purchase. The scooter arrived today and I immediately took it for a spin. So far it's been an amazing experience. Tons of power and the build quality seems really solid. I took a while to ship but since this was during a pandemic I have no complaints.
Everything is great. Only problem is that one of them arrived with a damaged screen on the control monitor.
