How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of The AutoLinq (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The sale was perfect and the product arrived quickly, but also the very good after-sales service, they solve the drawbacks very professionally.

Scooter came in fast from Spain to Finland took about 10 days. Nearly every part was loose, remember to tighten screws before driving! Battery life is really good, I can go full speed for about 40km, if 25km/h I can probably go 100km. Top speed is 50km/h which is good enough, I weigh over 90kg. Acceleration with dual motors is mental, very fast and dangerous! I like it a lot and price was good. The front light surprised me, its very bright and horn is very loud. Suspension is ok, maybe little bit soft. Overall very good scooter and I definetely recommend store. Seller sent me a new controller because I had a problem. Seller is very fair

Good electric scooter, I love it for your comfort when driving, because of its autonomy in battery consumption, great power on both front and rear wheel, it's good for choice in case you live in an area with Slope Slope. Practical for its advantage of being able to fold it, so that it can be transported or saved without taking up much space. Any flaws? The armchair is comfortable, but I can't get stability sitting.
The skate has a brutal power and speed I still have to put it up will be about 55kmh the worst the front suspension is extremely durable has a design failure and cannot be adjusted or changed just put a few washers to remove noises. I'm going to try to put longer screws for more travel otherwise I love it and on good asphalt it's a wonder. Also to say that the store responded to all the problems of calibrating odometer and some broken piece.. I will soon put additional comments

El envío llegó en menos de 72 horas des de almacén en España, el embalaje sin golpes y por dentro bien embalado. Desde el principio muy buena comunicación con el vendedor, desde por la descripción del patinete hasta su correcta configuración y reglajes por holguras incluso enviándome videos. Después de 200 km tendría algunas problemas con la dureza de la suspensión delantera que es muy dura y no se puede regular más que para ponerla más dura aún. En asfalto sin ni un solo bache va perfecto. Pero no te salgas al camino. Por potencia va sobrado y en cuestas de parking subterráneo sube como un tiro. velocidad punta 50 km/h con 100 kg Autonomía sin apretarle mucho de sobra hasta para hacer rutas.
Producto 100% lo esperado funciona genial. lo pedí un miércoles y el viernes ya estaba en casa. Necesite ajustar los frenos, ya que al activarse el freno motor frenaba muy en seco. lo compraría otra vez.
