The product arrived damaged on 24 November 2020. I opened a dispute on November 25th. The store answers on November 25th that I sent the product out of time! And it closes dispute. When I open the parcels, I shoot the whole process from the beginning to the end on the video, I also did it this time and to my amazement and disappointment I found that instead of put three batteries to me they only sent one. Naturally, I opened a dispute by attaching a video of the opening of the parcel and photo to it, after asking to refund the money before looking at how much the batteries cost from the same store. The seller wrote to me asking what happened, that they would close the dispute and we would solve everything, to which I replied by explaining the reason for the dispute, after which the dispute was closed before the due time in my favor. Maybe I was sent by mistake one battery, but do not take off the video of the parcel, I don't think I got the money back. Well, at the expense of the goods there are no complaints, everything works wonderful, the delivery itself was very fast, or rather 4 days. So both the goods and the seller recommend, but be vigilant.
